Refine one motif. Every repeated copy uses your repaired shape.
Available for shapes captured from an image.
Click a point to select it. Drag to adjust its position.
Keep curves clean, or expose every point for detailed repairs.
Corner
After adding a fillet, change its radius to adjust it live. Click the highlighted arc to reselect it. Large radii fit automatically.
Hold Shift while dragging for free placement. Square keeps both neighboring points in place.
Segment
Click two points on the same outline. The highlighted span is replaced. Drag the amber handle to bend a curve.
Circle repair
Click an outline to select all its points. Shift-click more outlines, or drag a box around complete outlines.
Mirror & symmetry
Uses the dashed center axis. Copies your chosen half across it.

Capture a Pattern Shape
Upload a drawing, screenshot, logo, or close-up photo. Drag a box around one complete shape and PatternVector will turn it into editable vector geometry.
Choose an image, then draw a selection around a single hole or motif. Leave a little background around the shape for the cleanest result.
Choose a corner tool and click a corner. Adjust its size with the arrows; click an existing radius or bevel to select it again.

Transform selected outline
This updates Solid Border Width in Grille Setup and creates the inside opening.
Click to place points. Click the first point or Close outline to finish.
Trace one hole shape first. Copies become one motif on the pattern lattice.
Single shape ignores pen thickness. Compound artwork preserves every piece. Pattern capture has two methods below: repeat one opening for a regular grid, or preserve individual openings for varying shapes. Photo capture is experimental; green outlines must match actual holes before you apply them.
Click orange to remove or a faint outline to restore. Use Add missed shape to snap a click to an actual detected motif. The green source stays selected.
Click inside an opening to select it; click it again to deselect. Thin blue outlines show available openings; green shows your selection. Middle-drag or Space-drag to pan. Select complete openings across several rows and columns to recreate their pattern.
Shape + placement
Changing shapes: select the patterned area, choose Dark shape for dark holes, then adjust Threshold. Each green outline must follow one actual opening. Reflections, perspective and merged holes can prevent a usable capture. This method does not straighten the photo or extend its pattern.
Combine similar outlines into one clean opening, or choose an opening and refine its outline over the photo.

Enter the actual outer width. Height follows the image proportions. Solid Border Width creates the inside opening. Use a straight-on image for accurate proportions.

Wheel to zoom at the pointer · middle-drag or hold Space and drag to pan · Fit image to reset the view. Best first-release results: clean line drawings, screenshots, logos, and close-up photos with visible contrast. Photo pattern capture is experimental. It cannot yet reliably reconstruct flowing grilles from angled, reflective photos. Flowing Bars provides an editable approximation.
